What do you all think is a good, helpful and efficient way to play chess?
It's actually not easy to play chess with players on your level, only playing chess 'physically'.
I prefer to play chess on online, because I can play with players on my level, with time control I want, with fast matchings :D

Well I move pieces around on Lichess and that's all I can hope for right now, but as for moving pieces around over the board, that's not a very efficient use of my energy as I would have to find a Chess club (which don't exist around here) then there's all that complex real life social stuff which is exhausting to me to be honest. :).
I Prefer Playing Chess Physically
both id recommend
online for pandemic and preparing for tournaments
physical you get ratings such as USCF,FIDE etc and be a GM

totally different from each other; 3+0 makes much more sense online, whereas everything with increment is much more enjoyable on a real board.
Certainly, playing on a real board is far better than online for improvement.
Also, scientifically, your visualisation skills are better when seen something offline than online.

I suppose you mean that it didn't require a scientific evidence as such case it's already pretty logical.

I prefer OTB, but I never do it.
