Accused of cheating

If another player accused me of cheating and I did not, should I take that as a compliment? It's happened a few times and I don't even have an engine. I play to get better and sometimes I'm really focused and surprise myself with some strong play. I usually play best when attacking and being down a piece doesn't mean the world to me. I just don't know why anyone would jump to the conclusion I'm cheating when I lose a lot of games. All you have to do is look at my profile and anybody would see I have a lot of blunders and mistakes. I am improving, but come on. If I was cheating I don't think I would have those days where it is loss after loss. Maybe they think I am really cunning?
Stop with these"victim" threads already.
Honestly, Nobody gives a rat's ass somebody "accused" you.
Attention seekers... bah humbug.
These threads with "accusations of cheating" in the title are being closed left and right by mod's, and rightfully so. Getting far too boring and pointless. Make your point to staff I suggest. They do a prompt job of dealing with issues.
it's not for attention really, I just don't get it. I do appreciate your responses, I just wanted to gain insight. I don't expect any consequence because I didn't. I just don't know many online players and wondered if it is common to win and it be assumed you cheated.
@mdinnerspace I saw some of your other posts and think you can offer some helpful input. Don't really want to bore you but I'm new to the game and just don't get it. I guess it doesn't matter but it was a little strange
I suggest reading the site's TOA's and the FAQ's.
Good luck and good chess. Ignore the trivial accusations. Zen mode blocks chat.
I have but will revisit. Again, I just haven't encountered it often and felt insulted the player told me I was cheating. I put work in to be so mediocre :) thanks
@Frkuest87

First off, Its completely illegal to accuse someone of cheating. Thats a violation of ToS. You can report said person. Upon report (and review) they will receive a message from the mod saying something along the lines of: Accusing people of cheating is against the rules. Please use the report function if you think someone is cheating.

Second off, Yes; it is definitely a compliment. Assuming one isnt cheating; you are being accused of 'being too good to be legit' However, it never feels that way; as it takes the wind out of your sails.

Lastly, dont mind dinnerspace. Hes a goodun. Just a stickler for certain things.
@breakreign
Stickler!
Ah Ha !
It's md innerspace
Nothing to do with table's, chairs , plates or settings !
:-)
My name intials + innerspace (which is not a word to be found in Websters)

Why would silly accusations "take the wind out of someone's sails" ? If anything it's more like a gust of wind.
Thanks for the responses, I did not doubt mdinnerspace is a goodun, that was my impression from other threads in forum. Maybe it was wind out of my sails but I'm studying some different openings now so I guess I did catch a gust of wind as well. Thanks!
