Do you think this is a great play by white or that it's nothing special?

I did this in a classical game (I am rated around 1500 there), and it just looks beautiful to me. However I would like to hear from someone who understands chess better than me an honest opinion about it...
That is a very great move sequence. Knights can be very tricky ;). I wouldn’t say beautiful per se, but it is definitely greatly played, Well Done!!!
The sequence after 11... Nd5 looks very nice, but had your opponent found 10... Qb4 you would have lost a knight.
And yet again on 11... Rb8, usually during the opening a rook is worth less than the 5 points when the position is still closed on the contrary knights and bisshops are worth a little more because they can move around the board more freely.
Had your opponent played 11... cxd4 12. Nxa8 dxe3 wins two pieces for a rook. A trade you would usually like to avoid.

Finding Ne5+ on move 15 shows that you look further than 1 move threats, good job!

Nice and beautiful move sequence of the two horsies ! Well done !

(btw, I think "beautiful" is a personal thing. If you go to a museum you decide which paintings you find beautiful. No need to consult art experts for that in my opinion. Same with chess. Some prefer wild attacking games by Tal, some prefer the boa constrictor games by Tigran Petrosian and Anatoly Karpov. Again : nice and beautiful game you played !)
At first it seemed to me that an outstanding master played for White, who punishes his opponent for a mistake in the opening. Unfortunately, @Grtnit colleague is right. A beginner should refrain from attacks without completing the development of the pieces.
