Can't win against BAD players

Ugh.

With all his mistakes I should have crushed him.

I missed the obvious QxQ towards the end.
Im not a good player also ,but you shouldnt attack when your king is in center.First try castling king and then in middlegame attack if possible. If king is in the center there is very easy to exploit.
A couple things that will dramatically improve your game very quickly:

1. Focus on development and castling before moving a piece a second time. It's true your opponent made some serious strategic mistakes - but those weaknesses will last for a long time, so you shouldn't be so eager to move your pieces forward early at the cost of leaving other pieces behind. (Meanwhile your opponent got fully developed as classical theory suggests).

All you have to do to win a game like this when you achieve a significant advantage early is survive until the mid-late game. And naturally when you trade some pieces you'll become stronger and stronger relative to him - a pawn up and a better structure. But that means you have to bring your king to its safest position and make sure your other pieces have moved outside of your base.

2. Realize when your queen is hanging (though your opponent didn't take it)

Bullet can be fun but it does not helps you improve your chess. Stick to longer time controls and try to use your clock.
When facing aggressive opponents, try to get into closed positions, where good positioning is the acme of skill rather than incessant checking.

Take some time (five seconds is better than none!) at the start of the middlegame to find your opponent's weaknesses (e.g., isolated pawns, poor king safety, abysmal defending on the seventh rank) and more importantly your weaknesses -- and then devise a plan. As Sun Tzu said, "If you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles."
