6 min, and still waiting.

Its the third one today. The first one made me wait 8 min, then made a move when I locked my phone. I was considered afk and he won, even though I was at +13.

Now it won't happen again because i'm on my computer. But this dude just accumulated 18 min and is making me wait since 6 min.

Does the report form actually work btw ?

Yes the report function works, but the site has human moderators who don't instantly ban players on your command. Reports are all noted and visible for mods along with some data gathered by the system. What will happen is this player will either recieve a warning or be banned temporarily for his offences. What matters is the sum and severity of his infractions.
To your case: its bad sometimes yes, especially if you a low rated, you will find a lot of trash at your level, people who are as well behaved as they are skilled. What helps is training and ascending in rating because the opponents tend to be better mannered.
