I really like the changes. 15+15 seems to me much more like a rapid time control than a classical one. I prefer to have a 15+10 for rapid and 30+seconds per move for classical games.

Example of how new "classical" is just a waste of time. Its like "I have no time to think about my ending" and I am playing classical. And yet I don't want to play 2 hour game on 30+20 its a lot! And also 15+10 is NOT the same as the old one.

Both rapid, I don't think the time is too much of a difference because of the increment. I would say that it was okay for them to remove the 15+15 option.
Signed. 15+15 is the best time format for "classical" online chess. The generous increment gives you some real time to workwith and the 15 minutes means that you don't have to wait ridiculously long if someone leaves the game. Very well balanced,
30 minutes is simply the best time control for online classical chess. 15+15=30. It's a scientific fact.
@RubySeaTurtle given normal chess games 30min is very much the same. The maximum length of the geemegoes up 5min average lenght if very much the same.
15+15 is the best time control for classical games so I would like they bring it back.
15+15 is not the best 20+10 would be better on same length as allow player to allocate his time more freely
Anyway post a challenge with 15+15. I bet you would game in reasonable. time
