What the heck ? How can 2000+ guy play like that?!!
Yeah! In a ten minute game, he should know to bring the king back, not forward. And doing Bg4 when after
1. h3 makes the move useless
2. Bxf7+ makes castling useless, and after Kxf7, Ng5+, Queen takes bishop...
3. The knight can't join the attack, while White has the queen and two easily usable potential defenders.
4. There are many other perfectly good moves, like Nf6.
5. You have 570 seconds left.

2000+ chess players are also human beings (As opposed to Robots and Animal robots (Futurama [1])). Sometimes they drink a few pints, are sleepy, get distracted by cats, dogs, neighbors, loud music, thinking intensively about grocery lists etcetera :)
