Absolutely agree. Lichess unjustly limits the number of Chess960 tournaments. It's very sad. It's unfair.
Why do you think that is? Perhaps they think it would take attention away from the usual blitz and bullet tourneys?

Tournaments are good but it would be great to have quick-pairing with all the same time controls in all the variants, and to have them available on the app too.
I generally find tournaments are favoured by those who like very fast time controls although you do have 10+0. Not many with increment of 5+ seconds.

We need chess960 quick pairing more than anything for chess960. 5+3 and 10+5 are the most obvious choices.

One thing for sure is they need to change it. Cause even stupid ass variants like 3 check get more spotlight than chess960
