Puzzle wrong/dubious

After move 21 I think it's possible to play Qxh3 leading to a mate in about 13 moves where the accepted solution Qf2 leads to a mate in about 14 moves (used local computer analysis for both).

So shouldn't Qxh3 at least be accepted too ?
What do you think ?

Yes, you should: people may choose the wrong variant (but still a winning one) and fail the puzzle. This is anti-chess, because you most likely will get the puzzle finished by luck
