New Chess Variant: ForwardChess

Same rule as basic chess with one extra rule, pieces can't move back except under certain exceptions:

1) If moving back is the only option for the king to avoid checkmate.
2) Pieces can only move back if it results in the capture of an opponent's piece.
3) Pieces can only move back to deliver a check.

If we have this rule in mind, we can even play it in a regular chess setting (like standard chess in lichess). Any volunteers to try this out.
@lifesource It an idea for a variant, no official support exists yet but can be played on a regular board if we are mindful of certain rules.
How about a variant in which the pawn are allowed to retreat?
How about a variant where all pieces are allowed to move anywhere on the board as long as the square is occupied, but can only check if they are in a position where it is possible to check using original chess piece moves.
Does rule 1) imply only the King may retreat to avoid checkmate, or can any piece retreat if that's the only way to avoid checkmate?
How about a variant where evey 5 moves the variant changes ._. Call it chaos chess
@dooeyDecimal Let's say that it was antichess and both kings have been captured. What if the variation changes to standard chess there? Standard chess withiu kings cant happen...
