How to gain Fide RAPID rating ???
Did search the forums first? You join the chess club that is part on national organisation then you will be able to play in FIDE sanctioned events then you just look for FIDE sanctioned event happens close enough that you can attend. Now it really depends on where you live how long this quest will take.
