A sad case of chess blindness

I was on the way to a very nice win against a strong FM, but then I decided to unleash my chess blindness, hanging a full queen (!!) and of course losing on the spot. Enjoy, have a laugh, comment. Cheers.
What a pity... well played. On the other hand I'm glad to see that not only bad players like me are affected from chess blindness occasionally. ;)
But he should have granted a rematch imho.
It is a pity, but we all do that sometimes. The stronger player does it less often.
FrozenChicken, yes, that was very very obviously the correct move, but the title... Yeah. You get the idea.
Speaking of chess blindness and how it can happen even to good players, I'm instantly reminded of Game 6 of the 2014 World Championship match in Sochi, and Carlsen's famous (or rather, infamous) 26...Kd2?? which loses on the spot to a very simple tactic (Nxe5), which Anand failed to exploit, and eventually went on to lose the game. In this case, chess blindness from both sides.

Opinion question,

How many Free Points are Titles worth? GM, IM, FM / NM / CM?
That's why (up until the blunder), I don't play the open sicilian with white. Good game
@TheNaphtali What do you mean free points? I'm not sure what those are.. :)

@imosescu Thank you, although there is nothing really wrong with the open sicilian for White, it's just a very sharp opening.
