I'm using Firefox (fully updated) on Windows 10.
In every game I view, the chat box is no longer visible. I cannot find a setting to make it visible again.
Can anyone advise on how I can get it back?

If I logout I see the "Spectator room" to the left of the board. But if I login, it's gone.
Ah, right. In exceptional circumstances (such as chats being uncontrollably spammed), we need to lock down public chats for a short amount of time. They're still accessible to most people (but you need to have a certain number of games against humans so they weren't accessible for you).
Chats being locked down like that is something we do try to avoid but when we have to for moderation reasons, we try to not make it last excessively long. Still, apologies for the inconvenience caused to you and our other legitimate users.
