The bishop is attacked and has two legal moves. One of them loses the b-pawn immediately - the other one must be the amazing one.
hahahaha whats so amazing about it its a normal logical move, other moves lose the pawn or the bishop
White won on time would have drawn if not had not run out or maybe lost. I do not understand posting a game played under fast time controls and thinking brilliance or amazing.
But that move saved a loss that much is certain

By definition 28 bb2 is not a prophylaxis move. There is already a direct threat on the bishop there for it's not preventing anything it's just getting away from a threat.
A simple example in this game of a prophylaxis is actually the final move 45: b6. It prevents the king if it goes to d7 from threatening to take the bishop as it would not be legal.
