Lichess doesn’t give the right result??

Hello, I’m a Lichess player and an Arbitrer and i’ve found that there is an error in some games result.
For the FIDE rules, when someone flags, the opponent it’s winner. (This is write in the article 6.9 of the FIDE LAW OF CHESS, that says: “Except where one of Articles 5.1.1 [when someone checkmate the opponent], 5.1.2 [when someone resign], 5.2.1 [when the re is a stalemate], 5.2.2 [when there is a Dead Position, for example King vs King and bishop] , 5.2.3 [when the draw is agreste by the two opponents] applies, if a player does not complete the prescribed number of moves in the allotted time, the game is lost by that player. HOWEVER, the game is drawn if the position is such that the opponent cannot checkmate the player’s king by any possible series of legal moves.”)

In this game i’ve lost on time, but Black hasn’t any legal move to checkmate me. The sequence is forced: Nxc7+, Rxc7+, Kxc7#. So it would be a draw...

@thibault , or any other developer, could you try to fix this error?
Thanks for reading,
LLimone

Yeah, but it would be really hard to code that. I think I saw somewhere in the lichess rules or maybe another forum that says in these kind of situations it always sides with the player (or computer) that didn't run out of time.

EDIT: lichess.org/faq#timeout
"In rare cases this can be difficult to decide automatically (forced lines, fortresses). By default we always side with the player who did not run out of time."
The sequence is only forced for Black, not for White. White can play bad moves like Rd6.
Cool position though. You're literally forced to win if you didn't timeout.
I agree with alsoran
There is a legal sequence of move where black wins (for example 1.Nexe7+ Rxe7 2.Nxe7+ Black can play 2...a5 and 3.Rd1?? loses) ; you wouldn't have play it, but it exists so it's a victory for black.
This is the situation where you can just hate your opponent
@archeo2 I believe he ran out of time after Rxc7+. Whites only move is Nxc7+, Rxc7+ is forced , which forces white to checkmate with Kxc7.
