Woodpecker method

Has anyone read the book and do the tactics? Is it worth the money and the time?
Is it better to buy the physical book or get it on chessable?
If the method is all about practicing a single tactical theme, instead of random ones, not sure what you need a book for tbh. I imagine there are websites with tactics trainers where you can just do that?
Maybe I'm missing something though as I don't have that book either.
i heard it was complete BS but worth looking in to. research some stuff before trying to buy it :D.

PS it talks about using chess.com tactics or the online book chess website tactics trainer they both track time.
It’s the best way to get better period. Seriously a game changer. Although very similar to the demaza method.
