TcubesAK just told me about this, I was not contacted about this matter. Could the admins please contact me and explain to me what happened here?
Honestly I would rather not play if any of the candidates object. I was honored by the invitation but this is a game and supposed to be fun so if there are hard feelings I would prefer to sit out. I am getting myself in trouble playing so much since so discovered this site anyway so I do not mind.
1. JK's inclusion
In principle, it would be wrong to change rules of any tournament midway.
There are a whole bunch of fantastic players...not comparing any of them to JK or anyone else, but a mid-tournament inclusion is distinctly odd.
I hope that all the participants (winners/losers) of the tournament are invited to vote on how to include any new zh players on lichess (JK and others)

Seems unbelievable. I hope that this didn't happen. And I hope the lichess team and HC hash it out and understand what exactly happened. A public announcement to the community would be greatly appreciated upon reaching a conclusion

I'm not familiar with the case and what made the admins believe he was cheating, but I'd like to bring into their attention that CWC matches normally involve engine preparations, sometimes very deep ones. I've myself been prepared for some variations till 15 or mabe even 20-th move. Maybe this is also the case with this guy. Anyway, I really hope the truth will come out.
I also hope the common sense will rule among tge qualifiers and JK (and maybe Yasser) will take place in Candidates!

It would be better if no comps were available for analysis, then People would not be able to cheat. Anyways People might prepare to the end nowadays With comps, how can it then be determined if People cheated or not? In my view comps are destroying zh just as they destroyed chess. Not taking a stance regarding Highcontrast just talking in general terms.
@Dieblauesau I don't think it is possible to stop engine analysis. It is perhaps a good idea to mix zh with 960 or similar. Then it would be impossible...almost
Yeah maybe 960 would be more interesting at this point.
