It is okay to bite your opponent if your opponent is rated so much lower than you that you mistake them for a tasty snacc and you were just trying to have a starter before the main course xD
...or the arbiter if you both also happen to play rugby and the arbiter is on the other team, is blatantly offside at the maul and is trying to maliciously break your fingers whilst in an offside position and entirely out of sight of the referee, and you are bound in to the maul so as not to be able to properly defend yourself and your fingers, and biting them is the only way to get them to stop breaking your fingers and thereby preserve your future ability to earn a living as a surgeon. And since the referee is not looking, you will not get a red card for this entirely reasonable act of self defence (you will however get a yellow card but that is ok in the circumstances) This is of course an entirely theoretical situation and makes no reference to actual persons, living or dead...Ok this scenario is not exactly during an OTB game at a tournament but similar...

If you become infected with the zombie poison? seriously this doesn't look healthy to do in an OTB tournament except it is happening in a Hotel...
