Why does Lichess pages have emojis but we don't???

lichess.org/page/forum-etiquette there are emojis here but we can't use it. why lichess?

we can use it in chat..but not in forums...last time we can use it..but lichess disable it cuz everyone spamming it!

I am not even able to add emoji in my team description
