What to do VS minority attack?

@p-wnattack when I try play against Carlsbad Structure I have noticed black is more situational than white. While white can play freelly, black need pay more attention trying understand how is better Rc8-c5 approach, Ne4-f5-f4 approach, b5-Nd6-c4 approach, a5-b6 (with protected passed pawn) approach, etc.. Black need a more concrete view than white! That is true when I play against London System and KID or Benoni! Flexbility seem be bad for weak players (like me!) because we need be concrete and analisy each move instead follow some 'autopilot'. Ruy Lopez is other opening which white can follow some kind of autopilot and black should think in more concrete terms...

I guess it is what you was talking about, right?
@Kusokosla The Rubinstein French is a Caro-Slav structure, not a minority attack structure. White has complete occupation of the center - there's no black pawn on d5. If black breaks with ...c5 at some point and the pawns get exchanged (one of the typical plans of the side on the "cramped" side of the caro-slav structure - and usually it's black - is to break with ...e5 or ...c5), then there are no central pawns left to be "weakened" with a minority attack. Sure, in some positions black can play ...b5-b4 and try to infiltrate on the c-file, but so many pawns are exchanged that piece play is probably going to dominate.

That said, I had trouble getting much against the Rubinstein too until I started castling long against it! Don't let black get ...c5 in so easily - if they play it too early the position could be getting opened up while white has a lead in development.

Well in the Rubinstein sometimes I have seen people play for b6 and c5 immediately.
@BlakeyBChess I think a line Naiditsch once played a line that involved the immediate kingside fiachetto against the Rubinstein to play against the black lsb which usually liberates itself via b6 Bb7
