Lichess should take cheating serious or ignore it.

Players who know their openings and knows their chess pretty well get banned for beating lesser players if they do so without making mistakes regardless how bad the opponent played.
Players who plays a few bad moves on purpose to cover up their cheating and then plays a long string of moves like a genious(stockfish) doesn't get banned.
I have reported many off the latter and only 2 was banned.
I know that it's not easy(impossible) to deal with this for a free site but either you are serious or you don't address the problem at all.
The way it's done now is hillarius
No one gets banned for individual games. Players get banned for playing with < 0.1 centipawn loss, during CRITICAL POSITIONS, for many games in a row.

I must say I've dealt with much less cheaters here than on chess.com, and after reports, the moderators respond quickly.

I'm curious to see the players who you suspect to be cheating, so that we can analyze those games.
@Sarg0n
I don't know how anti-cheating software works in here if that is what you mean.
But I know some players play a few weak moves in there games to cover up that they cheat.
I have had a few who cheated in eaxctly that way banned myself.
So NO I don't spread home made conspiracy theories.
„banned myself“? What does that mean?

Well, they crop up from time to time, those hobby ghostbusters...

Report, this report will be processed, and cheaters will be banned.

What‘s your problem?
@Sarg0n
I'm not sure why I waste my time on you.
I wrote "I have had a few who cheated in eaxctly that way banned myself."
That means I have had OTHERS (lichess) to ban players who cheated.
You know very well what I meant with what I wrote and still You cut out „banned myself“ from a complete sentence to deliberately make it mean somthing different than it was intented to mean.
If you don't have anything to contribute with except deliberately bending what others write I suggest you save your time.

Ok, then it works in the right way.

Report and

-cheaters get banned
-others don‘t because they didn’t cheat. Irwin knows better than anyone human.
I have played on most of the best chess sites available online. Lichess appears to take cheating far more seriously than ICC, chess.com, playchess, etc. I have made protestations which have been groundless but then I am human and not the most reliable cheat detector. However, they are quick to move people who cheat on, once their detection system has done its bit.

Cheat detection is not perfect and never will be, but it will improve over time and that's all I ask. Lichess is delivering a very good product as cheaply and as cleanly as possible. It is one that will improve over time as I don't detect the apparent arrogant smugness over this subject of other sites with Lichess.
