On Lichess analysis you can drop your Queen and not have it marked as a blunder - even if the resulting position is going to be really hard to win. The Lichess analysis is coded that way on purpose - because you are still winning, no glyph and no comment.
The Lichess analysis should be looked at as a sort of very quick analysis that is looking for errors, but will be silent about them after the game has reached a point where the person that is ahead has large enough winning chances.
