Impressive anti cheating response by lichess.org

I have accused 3 cheaters so far on this site and all 3 were analyzed by the staff, blocked and my points refunded.

Compare this to chess.com where I accused about 50 players over the years and not 1 was blocked. (over 50,000 games - it's not like I'm a serial whinger haha). I never even got feedback as to whether I was wrong or not.

Just another reason why this site sh*ts on chess.com

Keep up the good work. :)
Yes, moderators do a lot of hard work to keep this site free from cheaters and to improve it :)
Agreed, moderators in lichess do a great job to catch the cheaters and developers are working on lichess features,so this site is the best place to play chess.
Yes, I agree. Lichess moderators always do a great job against cheating and to improve the site. They always take in consideration the community's feedback and this is a great thing and I appreciate it.
What I appreciate is the Mod's here are "heard but not seen", also the consistency. There is not all the hoopla you see at another site, where mod's often try to take center stage, playing favorites, making friends in the forums and such. Not everybody is going to agree with all of a sites policies, but once a line is drawn, it is good to know equal treatment can be expected.
I do not know if any mod's here are "paid" or volunteers but from my observations at least, they are on the same page.
There are no "real" mods here, friends... You are all just organized and regulated by algorithms. And I doubt every suspected cheater is one, same with sandbagging. A word I never heard before and once was accused of. When I wrote a reply, telling that I wasn't able to move, of course I never got an answer.
Moderators exist.
Completely voluntary.
It is collection of individual work and "algorithms".
Thousands of reports are sent, so some is resolved faster than others.
@rickrenegade I've noticed no more than a handful of cheaters across thousands of games of online chess. It's good to know that those very few that are cheating, are being investigated and banned.
