Streak

Hey world!
I just thought of a 'new' thing.
It's a streak counter, and, like many other websites, counts how many days you were active.
If you have played at least 2 games for many days in a row, you can be on a leaderboard as an incentive!
What do you guys think?
Should there be a trophy for whoever plays for 1000 days?

Good idea. I'd like to see more ideas like this implemented. Kind of like achievements in computer games.

1000 days is a bit much-- maybe 1 year instead.

Yeah like above 1000+days is too much , say you decide to take on the challenge and in day 1000 the site is down !?

@third_rank that is an amazing idea maybe even implement a leveling system as well for all the players for each achievement completed get exp to help you level up the harder the achievement the more exp you get and the higher level you will become :)

achievements could have different tier eg bullet achievements tier one reach 2000 bullet rating 50 exp win 10 rated games in a row 50 exp play 100 bullet games in a day 50 exp tier 2 reach 2200 rating 100 exp etc you could have similar things for all the variants and for different time controls as well maybe even have exp achievements for puzzles as well :)

The leaderboard, yes maybe. However sorry @hurryupdude but your xp idea sounds bad to me: we have ratings already as a sort of "level", and although th etwo are not congruent this xp concept wouldn't really help lichess or its players at all.
