Sharp response to d4?

I would also vote for the Gruenfeld. It is both sharp and objectively sound.
intersting and not wellknown is the budapest gambit d4 nf6 c4 e5
or d4 d6 c4 e5 is equal fe if not second c4 u can play kings indian or oldindian
By the way, not everything which is called "Gambit" is "sharp". Budapest and Benko have some positional points.
i know that not every gambit is sharp but thx
positional point dont mean not being sharp
I wouldn’t regard Budapester as „sharp“. And in Benkö there‘s 12 moves of developing (both) regardless what the opponent does. ;) The (positional) benefits arise later, long-term pressure along a- and b-file.

Still pushing the KID like Fischer, GK amongst others.
Looking from the other side: I play e4 and d4. When I start a „closed game“ with d4 I‘ll choose 1.Nf3 and in the second move c4, g3 or d4. So I decide what we play - and it won’t be a sharp Gambit line. :D That‘s the way many good players handle this issue.
Albin Counter Gambit, Dutch Defense, and Budapest Gambit are all good options to look into.

The Dutch is nice because you can do it in every 1.d4 game. The Albin and Buda don't solve the problem of what to do against the London system.
