why was this game drawn?

The enemy was running out of time in a lost position..suddently draw? I don't see the 3 times repetition or do I miss the point? I'm super confused since, by no means, this is a drawn game..

Can some1 explain?

cheers.
The game is drawn due to 3 fold repetition. The same position occurs after move 52. Qd1 , move 56. Kh2 and move 58. Qd1.
An easy way to see this is to click on those 3 moves in the game notation (rather than play through all the moves and try to remember the position) and you will see that the pieces do not move.
What @KasparovFan123 said.

Remember, threefold repetition doesn't imply all the repetitive positions must come in sucession. If you have a position in move number 2, then have the same position in move number 10 and then the same position in move number 100, it's a 3 fold repetition.
ok, wow..i thought a 3 fold repetition needs to be in succession. what a shame :D Thanks for the reply!
