Thank's everyone .
i started to focus on puzzles, long sessions of Just puzzles.
people, i touched the 1600 in puzzles !!!
i think you guys are right, i might have fun from time to time in blitz or bullets (i LOVE fast chess)
but the deepness of thinking about any move i play is necessary, i will stard to play classic games
i realize that i would learn more from 3 classical games than 10 super blitz / 20 bullet or ultra bullet games
Thank you everyone
i do appreciate a LOT
@smoothies you're welcome. If you have questions, just ask it on the forum:)
hi smoothies,
that is a common mistake, when you just starting playing chess dont focus on what openings you should study for progress.
-I agree with Paulcarrero, start with the italian-or-evans gambit opening(or whatever your opponent throws up on to you).
-look at the 1st mistake white or black made and see how you should evaluate the position from there by having a brief look at how masters play from there(view some games or move suggestions for ideas). the rest are tactics.
you should get on to tactics, what you done a lot :)
some easy tactics are nice to get you into a flow and seeing how to make the best moves in a good tempo.
from there you would eventually get better at chess.
ps. you can also start playing against stockfish high level (6 or higher) and stockfish without a queen or any other from position you choose to play from and try to defeat him giving yourself enough time for the game(doesnt have to be fast:P).
good luck!
Mr. bedbreadcrumb, thank you so much
you are welcome :)
Its simple really, it all depends on you and how hard are you prepared to work for that goal. Some GM work 7 or 8 hours per day studying to improve further and you are just 1400 its a long road ahead. Good luck!
P.S. i am 1800 and dont understand the game well
Everyone! 1700 at training! :D
YYYYYESS now! now where's this kid called carlsen ? :D
I know it's a looong road with NO SHORTCUTS.
a long road of cold logic fun
here's what i'm gonna do :
1- play more chess
2- watch more chess
3- more puzzles
4- more explaned streams (classic games)
5- learn some openings by analysing computers moves against 3 or 4 most played openings
6- Enjoy the journey
7- Thank you everyone!
