Lost a game because server not responding properly?

Hi, I lost a game because of a very interesting glitch. I was playing and winning, but at some moment server was no longer not accepting my moves. It looked like I'm making a move, but time of the opponent doesn't start and in ~10 seconds, UI is rolling my move back and I'm loosing ~10 seconds on me clock. It continued till the time run out, I had enough time to even record a video of this happening. Here is the link to the game: lichess.org/tUmOlhIGcRYZ and here is the video: www.dropbox.com/s/4tqcqw3qy0igbxj/IMG_0666.MOV?dl=0

This is for sure not the most critical game, but would be nice to have an answer how did it happen? I have not seen any disconnected or reconnecting messages that appear if you have networking issues.
That is very nice. Would they cancel the games that have been affected?
Games can only be cancelled when the downtime is expected. Sadly this time it wasn't expected downtime. We were therefore unable to cancel the games in play.
Sorry to all people that have this problem, i think lichess must warn all people 3 minutes before the actualization @lovlas
Similar thing happened with my game here: lichess.org/eI8tXpXrl3if

I could not submit my move 9...Ke7. After several times I tried, the game continued (I had already lost several minutes in my clock) and then in move 13 I lost the game (in a winning position for me) because according to the server, "black left the game"!
As stated it wasn't planned downtime. We cannot give a 3 minute warning to something we don't know is going to happen.
It is clear, it was not expected, but can you just cancel or remove games that have been affected. Having a glitch is ok, happens to everyone, but fixing rating consequences would be nice.
Unfortunately we are unable to reset ratings affected by the server crash. Your rating will stabilize as you play more games.
