I have a PING of roughly 200 milliseconds between LICHESS SERVER and ME. Is it possible when playing games that my opponent seems to be getting time? Thanks.
When your opponent makes a move his clock will not stop on your screen until 200ms has passed. Therefore his clock time will seem to go back up, this is normal.
However YOU are getting extra time, to compensate for your network lag. See lichess.org/lag
