I can't join any tournaments. I was playing a tournament in March and it was going fine until my fifth round where I was kicked and couldn't join again. I checked with the tournament's hosts and they said it might be a bug. yesterday I tried again and I still couldn't. Today, I have a tournament at 1:00 and I really hope the problem can be resolved by then. Thank you.
hmmm, it might be resolved once you stop cheating.

Bugs don’t often occur in lichess so I guess someone has reported you for something @selinaL .
I can join with my account using a different device but not my laptop but I prefer to use my atop as my only other device is a phone

dude you violated the lichess terms of service so you have been banned from lichess
If you really have to play that tournament, make an alt account with a different mail id.
You can't play in any tournament now because lichess banned you. If you are certain that you didn't violate any lichess terms of service, you can go to lichess.org/appeal and appeal that your account got banned for no reason

The lichess moderators will decide about your appeal and take appropriate action
btw: Its a request that if your appeal get disapproved DO NOT appeal multiple times. This will waste lichess moderators time.

I checked the terms of service and I did not do any of the things considered cheating. I checked my other devices and I can not join tournaments from other devices. I can play games though.
hmm then lichess moderators might unban IF that is the truth
