Analysed my own game. Comments?

@biscuitfiend I actually saw that, I don't know why I didn't play it. I guess my main reason was just to shut out the bishop. Do you have an idea why I lost? Because it's still unclear to me
Well you dropped a pawn due to a miscalculation. In the Queen ending you might have been able to manage a draw because his King has less shelter than yours, and your passed pawn is more dangerous (=further up the board) than his.

But then you played 40...Kf8?!, which I don't understand. In that position, you are a pawn down with a worse structure; you should be playing for a draw, and the draw is going to come from perpetual check and Queen activity. You want to keep your own King in cover and defend your weaknesses on f7 and h7; otherwise, for example, your opponent might be able to set up some nasty check which forces a Queen trade, or might be able to take another pawn and then give check, gaining enough time from the check to re-position and stop your pawn.

Also at some point you traded your c-pawn for his a-pawn, which I think is a mistake. Your c-pawn is your only asset, without it your whole position is just weaker than White's. Again, I think the correct plan in the ending would have been to try to restrict the activity of the Queen and play for perpetual checks.

All that being said, it still doesn't look easy to play for Black, especially since Black's only active plan (which is what you tried, with Kf8 and Ke7) doesn't actually work in Black's favour. You just have to defend and try to make sure you see and stop all of White's threats.
I agree with the comments that have already been posted about 19.d5 being better than 19.c5. It was the first point I was going to make.
20 ... Nf6-Nh5
23 ... Nh5-Nf6

(with no f7-f5, however much/little that would have been worth)

You yourself commented on doing both 13 ... Qe7 and 14 ... e5 as well. And not to forget the 12 ... h6.

Given that, I guess a refresher on credible mate threats on castled king wouldn't hurt?
