I would like to have a self exclusion option where, for example, it doesn't allow me to play from 8am till 8pm. Or for a whole week etc.
Before lichess, I used ICC and to limit my play time I just uninstalled the app.
They have a really bad website for playing games, so I never used it.
But with the nice lichess site, the next game is always just a click away (even when I haven't installed the android app ;).

Ok I'll ask on behalf of everyone who clicked because their curiousity was peaked by the title... What's going on between 8am and 8pm that you're clawing at the walls for a distraction? Leave a coded message if you need breaking out of a Saudi or Chinese basement for service maids.

That's interesting. I didn't know that. I'm surprised because they require a fee to play there.
Lichess has the best website for playing chess (not to mention computer analysis and everything else) and it's totally free. Other chess websites offer something inferior and they want to be paid for it.

Good luck with your request but why fight it? Why not just play chess every chance you get? There is no better way to waste your time.

@BobC I agree that lichess is way better in every regard.
When I got my icc account I didn't know about lichess (or it wasn't even around at that time). Now I only play on lichess of course :)
That was obvious? sheesh my reading comprehension really is poor, this only thickens the plot, you're enforcing mindnumbing repetative tasks with no breaks on friends... you must be a South Korean business tycoon, outrageous! :O
