I never resigned my opponent got timed out but it was showing I resigned I lost 300+ rating because of that FIX IT NOW

We all have bad days, sometimes. It’s never worth throwing a tantrum in the forum. (I speak from personal experience. 😇 Yelling at people late at night while drunk feels good … but the next morning, it’s embarrassing.) If your rating changed by that much, it must have been provisional. And if it auto-resigned you, then that was definitely your fault. (Or Stockfish’s [lack of a] fault? 🤔)
The only correspondence bug I’m aware of is that, if you premove, and the premove takes effect when you’re offline, it’ll change your icon to green, showing you as suddenly online. You’re not really there, but your premoves made it look as if you were. I’ve had more than one opponent who was surprised by this. Like, “How the hell are you online right now?!” Until they figured it out. (I’ve also seen this happen in reverse, when my opponent had instantly moved, and was suddenly shown as online; but hovering over their name, the popup showed a gray dot instead. So I can personally verify the bug.) Probably fixing this will involve some of the same code required to implement an Incognito Mode. (Which I would use all the time, since I am rarely “officially” online.)
Just one of a few oddities I’ve observed, which I hope is rectified in time. But it’s not worth yelling about here. (And “FIX IT NOW!” can never be the right attitude, anyway. You should assume the site staff largely know what they’re doing — based on more experience than you & I possess between us — and that they mean well. Show them some respect, a little humility, and gratitude for the free service; and at least say please, you know?)

(And it’s not even a genre I listen to all that often.) By all means, keep on caring … just maybe broaden your perspective a bit, to be less self conscious, and more generally conscientious. Caring is good … but you can choose what to care about.
