Lost to a 1200 player -_-

@TheBoarShark Yeah, this was intended for those who say they ve lost to 1200...but they mean 1200 bullet, which is not exactly the same. I will be honest you didn t play well in that game, your 6. Bb5 seems pretty weak as I don t see any logical meaning behind this move except "see check, give check", Nf3 seemed much more natural. Afterwards you just kept on playing with the only two pieces you actually cared enough to develop and started taking everything your opponent was feeding you. Just develop your pieces properly next time and you won t lose like this.
You could consider trying checkers, maybe that will work out better for you :)
@CrassJack you haven’t posted anything positive since you’ve been on this site.If you are just here to bring people down then go somewhere else. No offence intended but I don’t think you are here to play chess as you deliberately resign in a lot of games. I repeat for the nth time ‘Having ‘low skill level’ don’t matter!!! As long as you still enjoy the game then don’t quit!
#6 ‘If I were you, I’d just quit altogether’ Please quit before telling others what to do, chess is clearly not for you.
‘You are no good’ Talking about yourself are we? LMAO, the irony!
‘ try and justify that he is good’- simple! He is better than 56.4% of people on lichess! That game is not representative of his strength. Its an anomaly.Everyone lets their guard down against ‘lower rated’ opponents.
Get a grip! You won’t get anywhere in life if you keep this pessimistic attitude!Others’ opinions don’t matter that much, think for yourself.
I would rather talk to you in DM but you blocked me when I tried to help you.
#1 Everyone makes careless mistakes every now and then! Its completely normal.Check out this game ;)
@Tae7 Yes, having low skill does matter. Whats the point in doing something you're no good at?

No, he's not better than 56% of players, he's rated higher. You still earn rating by beating lower rated players, and I bet that's how he got to over 1600. By sandbagging (which he's pretty much admitted to doing in his opening post). So yes, in a way it is representative of his games.
Actually when you play significantly lower rated players it doesn t do your rating justice. It s better to play against stronger opposition, there is always a chance that they will blunder and even a draw earns you a point or two.
@gayweather But it does boost your rating, just need to play enough games with people who are 300 or so lower than you to safely make it up whatever rating you want without losses.
