95% is too much for just the last 30 games- the sample size is too small. Maybe 90% is better. You may be forced to abort certain games and leave certain games due to circumstances...

You are right for several reasons. It belongs to feedback and the handle and content of post #3 make a decent discussion impossible. Fascism is a crime, not a political opinion. I probably had always around 97% and dont think it's anything special or worth noticing. It's normal.
Nor low completion rate seems important - too impulsive people get banned by other players and that's it.
