How do you get points back for a game?
You can't
If your opponent cheated you'll get them back automatically supposing he was detected and get a message.

If your opponent was cheating, you can report him (lichess.org/contact) and, if he is banned, you will receive your points back (although the amount you receive back may differ depending on how many games you've played since the game in question, etc.)
I'm assuming you're speaking of the game you played 50 minutes ago (as of typing this), however, where you blundered your queen away and subsequently resigned. In which case, your opponent won fair and square, and you can only regain your points by playing and winning more rated games. Sorry.
