chess board problem

when I try to look at this game the pieces don't start in their beginning location. The pieces are all scrambled onto the A8 square. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

What OS / browser / plugins should we be concerned about (assuming a PC)?

This happens in IE11.

I'm using IE11. So I went to use chrome and the problem is not there. Thanks for the response.
