bug with atomic chess AI

Hey so i was playing some atomic vs the computer, its a strange kinda game, but anyway this seems like a bug to me:

on the last move of this game, my queen (I'm playing as white) has the black king in check at point-blank range, but the AI moves the black bishop to kill me instead of it being a win for me, as if anything takes my queen, the black king will die. Unless I've misunderstood the rules of atomic that seems like it shouldn't be allowed, ty for reading.

If you are in check but can still blow up the king, that's a valid move and it overrides the check.

In atomic chess, ANY (I repeat, ANY) move that explodes the opponent's king (in other words, capturing a piece on a square adjacent to the opponent's king) will win immediately, overriding any check. Perhaps taking a look at the rules won't hurt?
