It doesn't work. 1.Kf1 wins too.
analyze with the engine. Kf1 then qb1 check and it is draw
1. Kf1 Qb1+ 2. Kg2 Qe4+ 3. Kh2 White wins. Stockfish has some problem in analyzing the position after 2. ...Qe4+, evaluating 3. Kh2 as 0.0, though after you play Kh2 sf evaluates the position as +65.
If you create the position with puzzle editor, then stockfish will see that 3. Kh2 wins (sees it winning before it has been played), and that in the original position 1. Kf1 wins too.

@DrZwischenzug Well spotted! Now it makes sense, and true, one should not be expected to go through the previous positions in order to solve a puzzle.
