#4: Interesting....I wanted to play 12. f4, but that loses at least a piece to 12...Qb6+ (or gets smothered mated if 13. Kh1). I wonder if that's what black was hoping for. But yes, 12. h3 is clearly best.

That's how it went. White was surely aware of the theory and punished the opponent for this boldness.

That shows that we must be vigilant, even in a winning position, so as not to make mistakes like that 12.f4 that can get out of hand.
