being rated 1400 my bullet rating is 2000+

I doubt you have played a lot of FIDE rated tournaments. Otherwise your rating would be higher.
Given your 2300+ blitz rating, I'm tempted to say around 2000+ FIDE.
Where to from here - well you have to keep improving at regular chess. Bullet ratings will improve from there.
Also, as others have said, 2500 mouse is more impressive than 2500 kb. However, if you can get to around 2500+ blitz, I see no reason why you won't cross 2600+ bullet and maybe even 2700+ on a good day.

Yeah, actually I am 13 so I am still like on the grind and due to covid I wasnt really active irl :( Also I think that my blitz rating could be 2400ish because right now I am mainly trying new openings and just enjoy the game and make sacrificies xD.. I am only mouse so yeah 2500 in hyper/ normal bullet is impressive but I want to go even beyond and push it to maybe even 2600!

A lot of people here seem to be boasting that their rating goes way up (provided that they have no time to think).
