How old are you? I understand you don't know much about the homeless in Paris. There are many many empty beds in Paris' many social care structures every night, much much food that remains uneaten at free distribution spots, and loads of clothes that end up in dumps. The homeless in Paris are very well protected. The ones who sleep outside are the ones who want no share of that help.
