Interesting note on chess analysis

I was looking at a game from an over the board tournament I was organising today and put a position into some chess engines to see what they thought. Hiarcs gave +3.09, Komodo gave +2.34 and Fritz 13 gave +4.84. Chess King (which apparently uses Houdini 4) gave +2.14. Stockfish on LiChess gave 4.40. I don't know whether they are consistent in the ranges of opinions as it is the first time I've tried it. Of course I don't know which is the most 'accurate' either. I just thought this was interesting and wondered if others had tried similar.
None of them are the most 'accurate', some take material too seriously and some pretty much ignore it, I think the position with an extra rook should be ~5, but other things such as pawn center and lack of coordination can lower that to, say, 3 or 4.
