I think the same thing happened to me as well... http://en.lichess.org/4VAYiPk8qdgr Myiasis 2, Stockfish8 200. At least my first win was one where the engine finished the game, even if it did do a really silly pawn sac.
Interestingly, in both games, it says "takeback proposition accepted" even though there was no takeback proposition sent. I think the engine is desyching there and for some reason thinks that it's the opponent's move instead of its own since it thinks that there was a takeback when there really isn't one.
