Violation of lichess term of services ?

Recently an account of my friend labels as Violation of lichess term of services (@waqas_grd). Can any body explain what does this mean?, is it some sort of cheating or what ? ..... it will help people to avoid things if welknown to everybody. @mysterious_expert please help
