Friday night I played an otb tournment game against a youth player I know; FIDE-Elo 1928 but stronger I suppose. I had the white pieces.
Had some advantage in the middle-game but it wasn't easy. At least I failed converting it to something more tangible. Messing things up in zeitnot I emerged in a lost rook endgame.
That was not the end of the story, sometimes unbelievable things happen...
