Feature Request: Display Warning When Thinking Too Long

Hello,

I would like the ability to be able to set a timed reminder (e.g after 10, 15 20 seconds) for the clock to start flashing red when I'm stuck on a move. In other words I want a visual reminder when I've been sitting on a move for too long.
