Ok as you accepted, now my question for mods here.. if you're having 2 accounts on Lichess and telling this to everyone... it means we all can make our second account?

Good that some members invited mods on this thread to close this topic, at least mods will know about more members who are breaking rules on the name of law.... well, this thing is clear that one person is having 2 accounts:-

This is not public shaming. Just i asked a question about rules.... some members told me that i made this thread and indirectly i'm breaking rules so just i asked same question to one of them back about rules. If others are telling me wrong in public, they should be ready to accept their faults because they are having multiple accounts on this site.

All I wanted to do is stop advertising and follow the lichess ToS.
Now someone is talking about the laws without reading the ToS and the excuse is, “I’m new here”!!!!!

I don’t think lichess discriminates and I know that if a GM(or should I say the world champion) is allowed to have multiple accounts than the same applies to all.
(If you still don’t get my point then I really can’t do anything)

About multi-accounting: It's not really allowed, but if you have valid reasons for having another account like playing blindfold or variants or want to test out openings, you may make one. Remember not to use that account for artificial inflating or deflating of rating or cheating.

Ok. You said cleraly that everyone is allowed to have 2 accounts here. Now i'm asking this same question to mods and you should wait to know their reply. Better we stop our discussion and wait for a moderator to clear this issue.

Advertising is *not* allowed, however indirect it may be. You can't ask people to go to your profile and check out your team. If you made the thread entirely for doing so then you are breaking the rules. Public shaming is not allowed, and do not ping mods (if you have). That's not the best way to get answers.
