New varient: Who can create the longest game and still win?

One rule: you can only take a piece every 50th move.

A bunch of positioning and trying to out manoeuvre your opponent, trying to tie up the opponents piece you want to take while avoiding getting tied up yourself.

Only dedicated people need apply, mainly it's a team effort to beat other people's games highest scores.

I'll start the bidding on racing kings with an easy 176, could have got another 50, but phone ran out of charge:
are you kidding me?? is that what you really want to do out of your life??!! just saying... i hope you get a bright future in the world of chess ;) bye i am in love with you. i love this new variant!! but get a life please. i hate you my friend ;)
You can get far: 50 knight moves, move a pawn 1 square, 50 knight (and bishop) moves, move a pawn 1 square, …., take something …, end up with 2 kings and a promoted piece, checkmate in 50 moves.
There are 96 pawn moves and 29 pieces to capture, The pawns must capture to pass each other. Roughly 6500 moves...
The problem with this is that any game longer than 300 moves is automatically drawn by Lichess. So you can't get more than 301 moves :(
