Final Seconds

I do not know the rules in detail, but I find it strange that in certain games when I run out of seconds I lose time, and in the case of my rivals, when they run out of time they do not lose the game, it is "drowned time". it was declared a draw. Why does that happen? or in this page there are "premium" players with privileges?
Unsure what you mean by drowned time, but I think the situation is if there is mating material on the board for the side that flags.

if a lone king is on the board for white, and black runs out of time, the game is declared a draw. white has zero chance to win the game, with a draw being the best outcome.

I believe lichess uses the fide rules for determining adequate mating material. There is circumstances where a King + knight can deliver checkmate. In that case the K+N would be awarded a win if their opponent flags.
